Today’s big news - since it concerns bloggers - I came out of semi-retirement from blogging (due to overload of work) to say this.
I fully support this BN initiative because:
1. Government is always right, and if you are patriotic you must support whatever a BN minister say even if you think it is stupid will not work. The government needs followers, not critics which is why our education system for the last 20 years dont have a course on “critical thinking” but only textbooks on “regurgitation”.
2. Registration is only fair, then at least the Government will know who supports them and who doesnt and they will “reward” the “right” people. Who says this government is not MERITOCRATIC?
3. A Registration system will create a new layer for the delivery system and create new jobs for all the thousands of unemployed students with worthless degrees from our local universities. We must create jobs to rescue our parents from financial disasters due to overspending credit card loving youngsters without jobs.
4. With the election coming and millions of young people not registered, this registration will only help them ease into the ‘registration culture’ so that they can vote for BN.
5. Why object to registration? What’s the big deal anyway, aren’t everyone required to register their prepaid mobile now? Why be afraid of what you say when what you say is the truth? And the truth is the government is always right.
6. All you want to hear and read in the papers is “Semuanya OK” - so why create a fuss or protest like during the toll hike (oh, you forgot about that right?) because you want people to visit Malaysia and make our hawkers, malls and hotels make money right? Because bad press, protest and all - will only affect our economy and so, we should all be a bunch of peace-loving, government supporting, patriotic people that we are so that we all can hear “SEMUANYA OKAY”.
